Die SEDA-high-voltage training course focuses on high-voltage technology in the vehicle sector.Aimed at specialists who work in the field or who would like to expand their repertoire. The course consists of theoretical as well as hands-on sections to ensure comprehensive knowledge of high-voltage technology.

Participation requirements
- Car-mechanic, car-elctrician and car-mechatronics with training qualification past 1973
- Bodywork and vehicle construction mechanic or mechanic for bodywork maintenance technology with training qualification after 2002
- People who can provide evidence of appropriate additional training as a vehicle service technician or master vehicle technician. Or a degree in automotive engineering
- Examination certificate G25 (occupational health check-up G25 for driving, steering and monitoring activities)
- First aid training (1-day, incl. Heart-/Lung massage)
- Minimum age: 18 Years
A copy of the documents for the above-mentioned participant requirements must be enclosed with the application.
Programme
Monday / Tuesday
• Basic training: qualifications to work on series vehicles focusing on HV intrinsically safe vehicles in accordance with DGUV Information 200-005.
Wednesday / Thursday / Friday
• Advanced training: qualifications to work on series vehicles focusing on intrinsically non-safe vehicles as well as work with systems under voltage and on HV accumulators.
Freitag / Samstag
• Continuation advanced training
• Symposium followed by an open day
• Presentation electric vehicle take-back center (D+Ö)
• Discussion round with industry insiders (circular economy, electric vehicles, lithium-ion batteries)
• GAP (training for testing gas systems)
