At LRP-Vehicle Recycling GmbH at Chemniz the German importer UniSales GmbH had the chance to prove, how well thought-out the SEDA modular system is.

The Company

LRP Auto-Recycling GmbH is a modern next-generation disposal specialist and was founded in 1994. The integration of additional and new service areas like towing service and vehicle transport gives you the opportunity to choose LRP as your certified all-round partner in terms of automotives.

The Challenge

Out of several pre-existing single devices a partly fixed and partly mobile station should arise. The devices (Kulis, Tank Drilling Devices tec.), some of them already more than 10 years old, should get updated and integrated in the reconstruction.

The Solution

Using the overhauled Kulis, a new high-performance suction station was created. Therefore stationary pumps which were directly connected with the tanks were in use for waste oil and cooling fluid. The result was a significant saving of time due to the absence of decanting.
