SEDA MDS6 Container Vehicle Ramp
The MDS6 Vehicle Carrier Container is an integrated technical solution for the mobile depollution of end-of-life vehicles.
The container is designed as a roll-on roll-off container and features a fully integrated depollution system. The foldable container cover serves as a protective roof when open, providing weather protection. Inside the container are permanently installed technical components, such as a vehicle carrier with a load capacity of 4 tons, WHG 19-compliant floor trays, and a workbench and toolbox.

The depollution system includes a vacuum tank for brake fluid collection, as well as a series of double diaphragm pumps for extracting operating fluids such as gasoline, diesel, used oil, coolant, and windshield washer fluid, all compactly housed in a single unit. The system also features a control panel, a tank drilling device, two fuel inspection containers, and swivel arms for the tank drilling device and used oil funnel operations.
Additionally, the container integrates a SOG² system for shock absorber oil extraction, three hose reels for coolant, windshield washer fluid, compressed air, and power supply (230V), along with various accessories for fluid removal. All necessary hose connections and quick couplings are factory pre-installed in the container. In addition to the MDS6 container, SEDA offers a mobile storage tank platform with five separate tanks for gasoline, diesel, used oil, coolant, and windshield washer fluid. This storage unit can be compactly transported within the container when empty.
