The electric vehicle workstation ensures safe working conditions with barriers and warning signs and is specifically designed to meet the needs of vehicle recyclers.
The 2-post lift with side arms provides optimal space beneath the vehicle, facilitating access to the battery for efficient dismantling. The universal lifting table is compatible with all common lithium-ion batteries, offering flexibility during the battery removal process. Additionally, electric vehicles can also be depolluted as part of the process.

E-CAR Recycling Station Type „Hybrid“
In the „Hybrid“ configuration, the work-station is expanded with an additional column for fuel handling. This allows for the safe draining of hybrid vehicles as well as all other end-of-life vehicles. A fuel drilling device mounted on a swivel arm enables precise extraction of gasoline and diesel, with both fuels collected separately and cleanly. Two quality control units give a clear and precise look at the extracted fluids. For safety in explosion-prone areas, an automatic power shutdown is integrated for the lift. Additionally, a liquid tight floor is required to secure the workspace accordingly.
