How to drain End-of-Life vehicles in a cold area like Norway professional – even in a short summer or long winter time? Öyvind Stene, owner of Stene Stål A/S from Rolvsøy in Norway, asked SEDA distributor Olanders Maskiner & Verktyg AB to help him solve the following challenge:
The Company
From the very beginning in 1928 Stene Stål A/S is one of the biggest metal recycler in Norway. Time has changed over the last years; so the company extended their business and started to drain ELV´s to profit from a new source of raw material.
The Challenge
There was a need of a mobile solution which can build up quickly to start fast with the depollution process. It has to be available inside and outdoor as well. It also should cover the cold Norwegian temperatures in the winter. And they wanted a reliable drainage solution that is pre-pared for the futures demands.
The Solution
The SEDA 5-STAR Container fulfilled their requirements. Especially with the NORDIC EXproofed electric radiators in the pump houses the station works also in the cold North. The mobile Unit guarantees a quick and uncomplicated transport and is easy to work with it. At last the customer was convinced from the high quality product and the local Olanders service.
In the large docks the big SEDA 5-STAR Container looks unusually small from distance.
